Creating a Google Analytics Account

If you don't already have a Google Analytics account, you can easily create one for free on the Google Analytics website!

To create a Google Analytics account:

Click here to go to Google Analytics. Note: If you have a Google account, and are not signed in, click Sign in. If you do not have a Google account, click Create an account.

1. Once you have signed in to your Google account, click Access Google Analytics.

2. Click Sign up.

3. Fill in your Account Name, Website Name, Website URL, and select an Industry Category and Reporting Time Zone.

4. Under Data Sharing Options, check the boxes next to the options that you want.

5. Click Get Tracking ID.

6. From the Google Analytics Terms of Service Agreement that opens, click I Accept.

7. Add the Tracking ID to you Wix site.

To add your Google Analytics code:

• Click here to sign in to your Wix account.

1. Hover over the user panel at the top right and click Domains.

2. Click the expand arrow next to the domain connected to the site you want to track.

3. Click the Analytics tab.

4. Paste your Google Analytics code into the Google Analytics Code field. Make sure that there are no extra spaces before the code!

5. Click Submit.
