General Terms & Conditions
1.Rates
All rates quoted are in Ringgit Malaysia (RM).
Rates are nett and non-discountable. The Company reserved the rights to change the rates due to any changes to local taxes.
1.1 Rate included:
- Friendly driver/guide
- Fuel, parking & toll (If applicable)
- Private tour & flexible itinerary
- Comfort vehicle/van
- Insurance
1.2 Rate Excluded:
- Entrance fees or boat fees
- Food & Drinks
- Tipping
- Extend service hours
- Tour Guide
- Accommodation & air ticket
2. Reservation
2.1 Upon reservation
The following details should be provided:
i. Arrival
- Arrival date, time and flight number.
ii. Departure - Departure date, time, and flight number.
iii. Number of passengers and nationality.
iv. Itinerary with destinations.
v. Hotel name & location.
vi. Tour leader & tour guide name with contact numbers.
vii. Pick up points and assignment time.

1.Cancellation-
Cancellation Charges In the event of a confirmed booking being cancelled/partially cancelled, a cancellation charge will be levied. Any cancellation received will incur the following cancellation charges:
Days before Arrival Date Cancellation Charges More than 31 business days fully refund
Less than 30 business days 25% of the total Invoice amount
Less than 14 business days 50% of the total Invoice amount
Less than 08 business days 80% of the total Invoice amount
Less than 24 hrs. or No show 100% of the total Invoice amount
"No Show" In the event a client is a "No Show", no refund in full or in part will be given for services in the programed not utilized.
1.CANCELLATION PROCEDURES
Eco Ptc Travel & Tour Sdn Bhd must be notified in writing of any cancellation by fax or electronic mail. A notice is only considered to have been served provided that an acknowledgement and acceptance by Eco Ptc Travel & Tour Sdn Bhd is obtained.
1.Arrival and Departure Time
The time of arrival and starting point, stop-over point, destination or return to point of origin cannot be guaranteed. Services provided by drivers or chauffeur guides are carefully selected and have instructed to drive at a speed within the limit prescribed by law and compatible with safety at all the time. Unusual road, traffic and weather conditions are beyond control and therefore delays caused will not be the responsibility of ours or any service providers. Late arrivals due to these and other unforeseen circumstances are out of ours or any service providers. Therefore, these are not ground for compensations and cancellations.
1.Additional Charges
Additional hours will be charged after exceeding 30 minutes from the time allocated and will be based on 60 minutes block (including lost / delay of luggage, immigration clearance and etc). Waiting time for transfer in from airport and transfer out from hotel will be up to maximum 15 minutes. However, we will extend the waiting time for further 10 minutes should our next assignment allows.
1.Method of Payment
All bookings are based on Prepayment unless credit line has been established. All payments by cheque should be crossed and made payable to Eco Ptc Travel & Tour Sdn. Bhd.

6.1 The Company reserves the right to refuse any new booking upon exceeding payment terms or limit allowed until all outstanding are settled. However, an advance notice will be sent to notify your company of this situation.
